The Monti Bristle Blaster® Double is a 'blasting without grit' technology that simultaneously removes corrosion and generates an anchor profile. 

The Double is a 900 Watt powered machine that fits 2 x 23mm Bristle Blaster belts for 46mm wide surface preparation.

The 240V machine is dual 50Hz / 60Hz.

Bristle Blasting technology:

• Removes corrosion, coatings, mill scale, and other contaminants
  
  
• Doesn't remove healthy material
  
  
• Generates anchor profiles ranging from   2.5 – 3.3 mils (65 – 85µm Rz)
  
  
• Ideal for a number of applications including spot repairs, weld seam preparation and profiling
  
  
• Suitable for use on many substrates including metals, plastics and rubbers
