This electrical unit provides reliability combined with a long service life. Several hundred hours of reliability and service life per year is very important. All components used are designed for a long service life.
For example, the pumps operate with very little wear thanks to the low-speed crankshaft principle of 1450 rpm.
The Monti Cleantech Subsea Bristle Blaster offers a complete surface preparation package for all your underwater and splash zone surface preparation work.
One of the first hand-held surface profiling tools to create an anchor profile underwater, it delivers a surface which is dense, regular and angular, ready for the mechanical bonding of protective materials.
This technology features a powerful and servable water motor that enables a clean and powerful source to drive the unit. It is sustainable and environmental friendly.
The tool applies Monti’s patented Bristle Blaster technology which is capable of generating a cleanliness grade comparable with SA 2.5 – 3 per ISO 8501-1 without the use of loose abrasives.
