The Monti Bristle Blaster® is a 'blasting without grit' technology that simultaneously removes corrosion and generates an anchor profile. 

The Bristle Blaster Pneumatic is ATEX-approved for use in Zone 1 potentially explosive environments.

This drive unit fits 23mm and 11mm Bristle Blaster belts for high performance surface preparation performance.

Bristle Blasting technology:

• Removes corrosion, coatings, mill scale, and other contaminants
  
  
• Doesn't remove healthy material
  
  
• Generates anchor profiles ranging from 2.5 – 3.3 mils (65 – 85µm Rz)
  
  
• Ideal for a number of applications including spot repairs, weld seam preparation and profiling
  
  
• Suitable for use on many substrates including metals, plastics and rubbers
