The Cactus Paint Blaster Set is the 'pre-Bristle Blaster' step. It removes heavy corrosion, thick coatings and rubber layers from steel or concrete surfaces efficiently. And readies the substrate for the Bristle Blaster to achieve an anchor profile.

The Cactus Paint Blaster unit is fitted with flexible SBR discs. These discs contain tungsten carbide pins positioned at a specific angle for optimal impact force.

When rotating, centrifugal force causes the pins to strike the surface in a controlled pendulum motion.

This hammering effect removes old paint, bitumen, epoxy, rust, and corrosion layers without generating heat.

Even tough materials like coaltar epoxy, adhesives, or sealants are easily removed, leaving surfaces ready for Bristle Blasting.
