The Monti Bristle Blaster® 110V Electric Machine Kit combines powerful corrosion removal with surface profiling in one efficient process. Using Monti’s patented “blasting without grit” technology, it removes rust, coatings, and mill scale while creating a coating-ready anchor profile without damaging the underlying base material.
Powered by a robust 900W motor, this dual-frequency 110V machine operates at 2,400 RPM and is supplied with a UK plug. It is compatible with both 23 mm and 11 mm Bristle Blaster® belts, making it ideal for a wide range of industrial surface preparation applications.
