The Monti Bristle Blaster® is a 'blasting without grit' technology that simultaneously removes corrosion and generates an anchor profile. 

The 240V Dual Hertz drive unit is a 900 Watt powered machine that fits 23mm and 11mm Bristle Blaster belts for high performance surface preparation performance.

The 240V machine is dual 50Hz / 60Hz.

Bristle Blasting technology:

• Removes corrosion, coatings, mill scale, and other contaminants

• Generates anchor profiles ranging from  2.5 – 3.3 mils (65 – 85µm Rz)
