SurfSaviour Surface Tolerant Top Coat is a high-quality 2K coating that delivers durable, weather-resistant protection with excellent chemical resistance, precise RAL colour accuracy, and strong adhesion to a wide range of surfaces including iron, steel, cast iron, zinc/galvanised steel, aluminium/non-ferrous metals, plastics, polyester, old paintwork, and wood/MDF, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Performance Benefits

2K pot life

2K pot life: approximately 8 hours at 20°C after activation. Do not use beyond this working time.

Drying times

Dust dry in approx. 20 minutes; touch dry in approx. 2 hours; ready for polishing after approx. 24 hours.

Spray distance

15–25 cm. Apply approximately 2–3 coats to achieve a dry film thickness of 40–60 μm.

Flash-off time

Approx. 10–15 minutes between coats. Coverage: approx. 0.5–0.75 m² for 2 spray coats.
